Life sucks

I am upset now. I have a guy who makes the specs for me. And yesterday he sent me some "specs" completly wrong. I looked over it and sent him emails with comments on what is good and what is not. Though that is really not my job. I have an idea about it because everything its let's say logical. Anyways, today he updated the specs. And surprise... are wrong. Again. How hard can it be to write something good after you received suggestions on and on. He said he was tired. *Note that he just returned last week from a 3 weeks holiday. So how tired can you be? What can I say then? I should go to my chief and just say I can't do that cause I am tired? I mean come on. And honestly I feel very tired. Didn't have any days off since february. Anyways I am going back to work... according to specs...
